Age is only the first eligibility check

PAGCOR’s current guidance excludes under-21s and other restricted groups. Read the complete official list; turning 21 does not remove every restriction. [1]

Operator conditions can add important limits. Solaire’s terms include Philippine students among excluded players and require players to be physically in the Philippines. Those are platform-specific conditions to check before registration, not a rule to infer from an age badge. [2]

Prepare the information the actual operator requests

  • Match your legal name and birth date to the identification document you intend to submit.
  • Check the current accepted-document list and whether the document must be unexpired. Do not assume one platform’s list applies to another.
  • Use the verified operator’s own submission route and read its privacy notice before uploading an ID or selfie.
  • Find out whether identity, liveness and payment-account checks are separate steps.
  • Ask what happens to account access or funds while a check is pending. Avoid funding an account before understanding a material restriction.

BingoPlus publishes a government-ID and live-selfie process, with document details matching registration information. This is an example of a published process; it is not a verification test performed by PaldoKaDito. [3]

Casino PluseKYC within three days of registration or before first withdrawal, whichever is earlier.Do not wait until cash-out to investigate a verification deadline. [4]

Solaire OnlineThe FAQ requires full verification before initiating withdrawal. An account that can be accessed is not necessarily ready to cash out. [5]

Resolve name and payment-account differences early

Casino Plus’s terms require the bank-cardholder name to match the registered player. A receiving account belonging to someone else does not solve a mismatch. Ask the operator how it handles a genuine name change before using that account. [4]

Keep a record of the correction request and the response. Do not create another account to get around a pending review: that can introduce a separate duplicate-account issue. Use the operator’s stated account-correction process.

If verification is pending or rejected

  • Ask which requirement is outstanding and whether a document, image-quality or account-information problem was identified.
  • Request the official resubmission or correction route. Avoid repeatedly sending the same files through unrelated channels.
  • Ask whether the review affects deposits, withdrawals or account access, and retain a support reference.
  • Treat an advertised review window as an estimate unless an actual result was measured.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, follow the official account-help route with the relevant references.

Frequently asked questions

Does being 21 make everyone eligible?

No. PAGCOR also lists restricted groups, and operator terms can add conditions. Read both before registering. [1]

Can I use another person’s receiving account?

Do not assume so. Casino Plus, for example, requires matching registered-player and bank-cardholder names. Check your operator’s exact rule. [4]

Should I send ID through a social-media message?

Use the verified operator’s stated submission process and read its privacy notice. An unsolicited message is not proof of an official request.

What should I ask after a rejected check?

Ask which requirement failed, how to correct it, whether funds or access are affected, and how to keep a support reference.
