## An editorial shortlist, not an official ranking

The Top 10 is PaldoKaDito’s manually curated starting order. Inclusion prioritizes an exact-domain entry in PAGCOR’s verification directory; placement is not a PAGCOR endorsement or a measured ranking of player outcomes. No numerical score is assigned.

## What we verify

We record the current directory destination and inspect accessible official product pages. Dated regulatory catalogs are identified as dated references. We do not claim first-hand account testing, successful withdrawals, or independently measured support response times.

## What we leave unconfirmed

A blocked website or login-only feature cannot be independently evaluated in this research pass. Payment availability, processing times, and bonuses require current operator evidence. Missing facts are not filled with estimates. Dates describe the actual source check, not an automatic daily refresh.

## Updates and commercial placement

Content is updated manually and regenerated into static pages. Before publishing an update, recheck the original source and the exact domain. Advertisements and promotional redirects are labeled separately from editorial findings. Their presence does not affect source checks or establish a verified offer. ## How casino reviews use evidence

Reviews distinguish regulator-listed, operator-published, observed publicly, conflicting and not verified findings. Every material account, payment or eligibility claim identifies its source, relevant document section and real check date. Interpretation explains the effect on the reader; a source link alone does not replace analysis.

## Public-source reviews and limited profiles

PaldoKaDito Editorial is the publishing organization. These reviews were compiled with AI-assisted public-source research, drafting and analysis. No human expert review or individual professional credentials are claimed. Automation helps structure evidence and validate page output; it does not establish that an operator has paid a player or implemented every advertised control.

## Update and corrections policy

Money-related source evidence is checked within seven days before an editorial publication or update. Regulatory and payment references are due for monthly recheck; any active promotional offers require weekly checks. The static website does not monitor sources automatically. Dates change only after real research. A correction must identify the brand, disputed claim, applicable source, check date and effect on the assessment, and be recorded in that review’s change history.

## Conflicting sources and complaints

Conflicting official references are shown rather than silently selecting the most favorable number. A domain difference does not establish fraud or revocation.
